• Our investigator determines the damager, researches the utility locating services conducted at the site, takes pictures to tell the damage story and completes all paperwork.
• Our claims managers invoice the responsible party, and recovered dollars are returned to your budget.
• Phoenix personnel will meet periodically with your technicians to integrate the Phoenix process into your organization and create a working relationship.
• We create working relationships with your utility locating company and contractors.
